I always find you approachable and a hard worker whenever I am involved in projects with you.

 

For moving forward into more management and team lead roles, you have a lot of the attributes of a great manager. I think the only point of improvement for this area would be to get to know other departments in a little more depth, so you can have a better understanding allowing you to deliver to them exactly what they need.

As soon as I joined partypoker I was made aware that you are a talented member of the creative team, and that’s something I’ve seen demonstrated regularly. Together, we’ve worked on some of the biggest partypoker projects over the past 1.5 years and they’ve been of great success, which can objectively be measured by metrics such as key tournaments reaching their guarantees.

What’s particularly noteworthy is how you’ve consistently proven yourself to be highly reliable when facing adversity. Over just a few months we began working in a new system (Wrike), were incorporated into a new part of the company (Wave), and saw multiple members of the team leave in a short space of time including leads and a creative director.

 

Because of this, a heavier responsibility has fallen on the whole partypoker team to keep things ticking along and help introduce the work processes to those just joining the team. You’ve been at the heart of that, and I have personally seen you step up to take on complicated jobs on multiple occasions in our weekly Monday meetings.

On top of that, you’re a popular member of the team and I have only heard people speak highly of you both personally and professionally. That’s important too, as it shows you have great interpersonal skills and are a very valuable member of the team.
